VIP Info and Conditions

  1. Only one VIP card per customer. Duplicates will be voided.
  2. It is the responsibility of the member to scan his/her card during the posted session times.
  3. Scanning others members cards who are not in attendance will result in the termination of membership.
  4. Please inform Chances Kamloops in the event of a name, address and/or phone number change.
  5. Please inform the Chances Kamloops in the event of a lost or damaged VIP card.
  6. You must provide your VIP card, photo identification and signature to redeem points or to claim an instant win prize.
  7. VIP member information is kept confidential and will only be used by Chances Kamloops and/or British Columbia Lottery Corporation for the purpose of mail outs.
  8. Birthdays and Anniversaries are Double Point Days.
  9. After turning in your application you will receive a temporary card and you should receive your permanent card in the mail in approximately 2 weeks.
  10. Chances Kamloops reserves the right to change or modify this program at any time without notice.

  1. in the administration of the Chances Kamloops VIP member club;
